Refund and Return Policy

At Clutch Precious Bullion, we are committed to providing you with high-quality gold and silver bullion and jewelry. Due to the market-sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the fluctuating prices of precious metals, all sales are final once an order is confirmed.
This applies to all gold and silver coins, bars, and investment-grade jewelry items.


Order Cancellations
  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order, including product selection, shipping address, and payment method.


Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse or market price changes, we will make exceptions under the following circumstances:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items.

  • We will investigate and work with you on a replacement or refund if applicable.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect product.

  • We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or offer a resolution.


How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at:

Return Instructions (If Applicable)

If a return is approved:

  • You will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for secure and insured return shipping unless otherwise stated.


Refunds (If Applicable)
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to deduct shipping, handling, or restocking fees where applicable.
